About Me
Hi! I’m Chaya—an Ohio native, a Colorado resident of nine years, and a mom to three energetic kiddos. When I’m not in the office or cleaning up spilled water or food for the tenth time that day, I enjoy the slow, grounding process of baking sourdough, hiking Colorado’s mountain trails, and traveling to new parts of the world when the opportunity arises.
Building on over five years of experience working with children, young adults, and their families, I have seen firsthand the importance of cultivating a compassionate and authentic therapeutic relationship.
I take a collaborative, client-centered approach and integrate a wide variety of specialized skills and modalities to support each person’s unique journey. These include Trauma-Focused CBT, expressive arts and play-therapy–informed approaches for children and teens, CBT, EMDR, somatic interventions, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Whether you or your child are experiencing challenges, I am here to witness your story and gently guide your nervous system toward regulation- helping you feel more connected, grounded, and able to experience meaningful progress.
With busy schedules in mind, I am offering in-person sessions at my office in Centennial, as well as virtual options as well.
